Launched in 2008, the Brazilian concept band ‘Jozi Levi Brazil Project’ playing only Brazilian sounds,  is a one-of-a-kind concert band in which from time to time, special guest stars are also featured (Berg Campos (Rio de Janeiro), Luna Whibbe (Rio de Janeiro), Melis Sökmen, Uğur Yücel).

Until now, many performances took place in venues like Ghetto, Babylon, Istanbul Jazz Center, IKSV Tunel Fest, MAC (Ankara), Monk by Babylon (Çeşme), Kanyon, Istinyepark etc.

“Jozi Levi Brazil Project” which was formed by the master of the Brazilian music in Turkey, Jozi Levi, together with Banu Kunt Isik and Jozi’s talented musician friends, has a massive repertoire that includes the styles of Samba, Pagode, Bossa Nova, Baião, and generally Brazilian music and rhythms in MPB playlists.

‘Jozi Levi Brazil Project’ consists of these valuable musicians:  Jozi Levi on keyboards/percussion, Banu Kunt Isik on vocals/percussion, Tamer Temel on sax/flute/percussion, Bulut Gulen on trombone/percussion, Kerem Turkaydın on guitar/cavaquinho/percussion, Kerem Koseoglu or Volkan Topakoglu on bass guitar/percussion, Izzet Hickalmaz on drums, Ivan Kile on percussion.
